Orders placed with us are fulfilled via reputable and trustworthy courier services. After sending you an email, we may contact you to confirm the order before mailing the products.

After you place your order, we would also be happy to track your delivery for you and provide you with any additional assistance you might require. We'll do our best to keep you informed about the status of the shipment via the email address you provided.

Delivery

We try our best to send your things out within 2 to 5 working days. However, special orders and out-of-stock items will require a longer shipping period. We will also keep you informed of the anticipated delivery date when you place your order.

Depending on the location, the distance, and our logistics partners, these delivery times may vary. We will assist you in finding a parcel through one of our partner couriers services, but we are not responsible for any delivery delays caused by the courier company or postal authorities.

We provide both Regular and UPS shipping options. UPS shipment only takes roughly 2-3 days, however regular shipping needs 4-5 days for a successful delivery. The charges associated with each kind of shipment will be added to the price of the purchased goods. Regular shipment does not require selection because it is the default mode of transmission; in contrast, the latter requires particular selection at the time of purchase.

The displayed delivery costs for Homeydecos will not include any additional or import fees. The delivery method will be subject to the specific laws and fees of each nation or state. Please learn about any such fees and be prepared to pay them when receiving packages. If you decline to pay these additional charges, we won't be responsible if you don't receive your package.
